Scenic Rivers Health Services is a Community Health Center and a Federally Qualified Health Center. Originally started as Cook Area Health Services in 1979, we’ve been expanding into new clinics and gaining new providers ever since. We currently serve an 8,300 square mile service area with seven medical clinics and four dental clinics spread over three counties.

Nestled among the pine forests of Northeastern Minnesota in the town of Cook, Disability Specialists has been serving people applying for Social Security Disability benefits for nearly 30 years. Our founder, Tom Ehrbright, spent many years as a Social Worker for St. Louis County. Seeing firsthand the hardships that individuals face when applying for Social Security Disability, Tom founded Disability Specialists in 1989 with the goal of helping people obtain the benefits, and stability, that they needed.

Carefree Living- Cook is a 34-bed assisted living facility located in the heart of Cook, MN. We are in close proximity to the Cook Hospital and offer memory care services, respite and other amenities. We are committed to ensuring resident's autonomy, dignity and quality of life through compassionate assistive care and support services.
